💵 Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available in my area?
COD availability depends on our courier partner’s ability to handle cash at your location. Some areas or order values may exceed this limit. Check availability by entering your pincode during checkout. Currently we are not offering COD for products above INR 5000.
🔄 How do I return an item and request pickup?
Returns are easy! Contact our support team to initiate a return. If pickup is available in your area, we'll schedule it. Otherwise, you may return the item via a third-party courier. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless it’s a defective or incorrect product.
📩 I didn’t receive my order but got a delivery confirmation. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation SMS/email. We’ll investigate and assist you right away.
