Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • It must include the original packaging, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used gadgets
  • Items with physical damage not caused during shipping
  • Mobile phones or devices that have been activated, customized, or tampered with
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards (when available)
  • Any items marked “Final Sale” or discounted clearance items

Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • Items are returned in damaged condition (not due to our error)
  • Products are missing accessories or packaging
  • The return request is made after the 7-day window but before 30 days

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same item, contact support@desiregadget.shop with your order details.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
